It can provide enough space for mixing, contact and reaction of ozone and water. In theory, it is believed that ozone should fully react with bacteria and microorganisms. The longer the contact time, the better the sterilization effect, but the design time is too long, causing the reactor tank to be too large, which will increase the cost and the occupying area. Therefore, the specification design requires the formula C.t≥1.6 to determine the reaction time.
ZOKO-OF series ozone reaction tank body is made of 316L stainless steel material with high anti-corrosion performance, anti-ozone and chloride ion double corrosion resistance. The design fully meets the requirements of C.t≥1.6, and the pressure is 0.6Mpa. The internal design uses advanced water system and reflux baffles to ensure the dissolution of the ozone. No short flow and large mass transfer coefficient make ozone and pool water have sufficient space and time. There is an automatic exhaust valve at the top to send the remaining ozone of the reaction to the residual ozone eliminator to reduce it to O2 and then safely discharge into the outside atmosphere.The tank is equipped with a manhole for easy maintenance.
